Tibbett, Bowles earn Amarillo College AOTW honors

Amarillo College freshmen Logan Tibbett and Duncan Bowles are the Amarillo College Athletes of the Week following stellar showings in Midland.

Tibbett earned a win on the mound in his first career start against one of the top offensive units in the nation. He also went 1-of-2 at plate and played catcher in two games during the Badgers time in the Tall City.

Bowles started game three on the hill and threw five shutout innings to start the contest.

The Randall High School alum tied a career-high strikeout total during his 5.2 inning appearance via nine punchouts.
