Badger baseball to host Odessa College for final home series

The Amarillo College baseball team is set to play their final home series of the season on Friday, April 19 and Saturday, April 20 at Sandie Field.

The Badgers will play a doubleheader on Friday – a nine inning game and seven inning game – followed by a nine-inning contest on Saturday. First pitch is scheduled for noon each day.

Amarillo College and Odessa College enter the series in a tie for fifth place in the Western Junior College Athletic Conference with 12-13 conference records.

Admission is free for the trio of games.

The Badgers will enter the series with a 1-0 lead as the Wranglers were required to forfeit game one due to an NJCAA ruling following their series against El Paso Community College last weekend.
